Return and Refund Policy

All digital products sold in our store — including software licenses, ebooks, training courses, and downloadable files — are intangible goods delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital products, the following terms apply:

No refunds will be issued for:

• Activated or used license keys
• Downloaded digital files
• Accessed course or content materials
• Incompatibility with your device or software (technical requirements are listed on the product page)

Exceptions — a refund may be considered if:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end
• A duplicate order was placed for the same product
• The product significantly differs from its description

How to submit a request: Contact our support within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
